No matter of small negative details, we very liked our stay. Thank you!
Hotel has great atmosphere and that special vibe for holidays in mountains. Staff was great. Small attention to detailed made it special for us. They upgraded room for us, to make our stay more comfortable.
Problem with wifi, we couldn’t connect our phones(was constant error with connection) Our room has some strange smell (might be smell from air condition) we had to open windows for a while. Entrance stairs was slippery, covered with ice. My boyfriend felt quite hard. For 5* hotel it’s inappropriate.

The food from the kitchen was a disappointment. Really poor quality. Apart from that everything else is great.
